Biosur. DOMCA's distribution company for Chile, receives the second prize of the prestigious Cargill Challenge award.

Cargill, the world leader in animal feed, awarded Biosur its second prize in an open innovation competition, created in 2015, which rewards the company's relationship with the University in research and development.

BIOSUR is the distributor of DOMCA products in Chile and collaborates directly with DMC Research in research projects.

The Cargill Challenge, which was created to stimulate advances in animal health through animal feed, had as its proposal “Innovating in the Nutrition and Health of Salmon in Chile” and was aimed at entrepreneurs and suppliers in the Chilean aquaculture sector.

Sociedad de Investigaciones e Inversiones Biosur Limitada, together with DMC RESEARCH, won the second prize for «Established Supplier Company».

This award benefits from the participation of DMC Research staff in the technical conferences in Puerto Varas in Chile and a European tour for a company representative to visit Cargill's facilities and activities in Europe.
