IDEAL's ‘Who's Who in Women’ awards recognise businesswomen and female managers in Granada.
Ana Maroto Tello, our manager, received the innovation award of the «Quien es Quien» awards, which recognise the role of women in the business world.
Ana Maroto received the award highlighting the role of women in the company and remembering the founders of the business group in an emotional speech, accompanied by part of the company's R&D team. Aware of the importance of women in the business world, IDEAL also publishes a magazine with more than sixty pages dedicated to the positions of responsibility held by women in the province of Granada. The magazine covers the different sectors of Granada's business network that are committed to gender equality in all areas. In spite of the pending journey, we at DOMCA congratulate IDEAL for the initiative and the companies of Granada for the progress made by not distinguishing between the sexes in the responsibilities of the companies.
