The project developed by PhD student Ana Falcón Piñeiro is part of the «Industrial Doctorates» programme for the training of doctors in companies, corresponding to the 2019 call of the state sub-programme for training, within the framework of the state plan for scientific and technical research and innovation 2017-2020.
The purpose of these grants is to support the training of PhD researchers within companies through the co-financing of employment contracts for research staff in training who participate in an industrial research or experimental development project carried out within the company. The project forms the framework for the researcher’s doctoral thesis and aims to promote the early integration of researchers into the business sector, enhance their employability, and foster the incorporation of talent into the productive fabric in order to increase its competitiveness.

This project is co-financed at 35% by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation.
