DOMCA steps in to help in the COVID crisis 19

Since the health alert was declared, DOMCA has made several gestures of solidarity, such as...

Since the health alert began, Domca has made various gestures of solidarity... We have wanted to help and support as much as we can. It is our way of thanking all the people who are doing their best in this difficult situation.

Since the beginning of the health alert, everyone and every company has changed. At the beginning of the pandemic, we were all confident that the virus would pass through our country and that there would be hardly any consequences, but this illusion gradually faded. Like almost everyone else, we at Domca were also shocked and dismayed by this new situation. We are an experienced company, but full of youth, very dynamic and eager to participate and do things. We thought we were prepared to face any situation.

After these first days of general bewilderment and fear, we realised that we could not stand idly by in this situation, we had to try to help and contribute as much as possible. When you see health professionals, police officers or old people's homes on television who are having a hard time, the first thing you think of is “How can we help them?” Our first gestures of solidarity were born in the first days of the state of alarm... Thanks to our professional activity, we always have gloves, masks and EPIS suits, as these are materials that we use on a daily basis and on a regular basis. We donated as much of this type of material as we could to different health centres. Once the days passed and we started to be much more organised, we began to look outwards to continue collaborating with society as much as we could. Actions such as setting up and donating a large number of protective screens in old people's homes, hospitals and health centres began to emerge. We were able to carry out this action thanks to the collaboration with the Friends of Giner Granatense Association.. We have also contributed to the Red Cross fundraising campaign to help the most vulnerable people. This situation of alert and fear has made each of us bring out, or try to bring out, the best in each of us. Domca has spared no effort to donate all the resources at its disposal to help society. When a doctor, a policeman or a nursing home thanks you for the donation you have made after the difficult situation they are going through, you realise how important any small gesture is.
