FITOPET aims to develop a range of formulations based on phytogenic additives whose functional properties contribute to improve the welfare of pets, through the proven anti-parasitic, immunomodulatory and intestinal balance improvement activity, both in trials and in the development of new products. in vitro as in vivo carried out by researchers at DMC Research Center SLU and prestigious public research organisations such as the “Instituto de Biomedicina y Parasitología López Neyra” of the University of Barcelona. The project will serve to broaden the knowledge of the benefits on dogs of phytogenic additives based on natural extracts and to extend DOMCA's product range in the dog sector. animal nutrition .

Timeframe and financing of the project

The project will run for 30 months, from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2023, and has a budget of 265,951.00€.
