FOOD-GRADE ADHESIVES
Surface coatings to fix spices or herbs in cured sausage or any meat preparation. DOMCA's food glues have a high holding power that allow any spice or flavour to be added. They add great value to the treated products, improving their appearance.
There are different types of adhesives:
Food-Grade Adhesives: Food grade coatings with high fixing power. These are special glues suitable for for sausages in inedible casings. Thanks to its use, the value of the treated pieces is increased by improving their appearance and aroma.
Edible Adhesives: Edible coatings with high binding power. High holding power for sticking flavourings and spices such as pepper, oregano or fine herbs on the sausage in natural casing.
FOOD ANTIFUNGAL SOLUTIONS FOR MEAT PRODUCTS
We offer all types of surface treatments for preventing mould growth in sausages and other meat products. We have different types of anti-mould products for sausage and meat preparations depending on your needs:
Food-Grade Antifungal for Meat Products: Particularly suitable for sausages cured in edible casings. It is recommended to be applied by dipping the sausage pieces to create a film or film that prevents mould development on the sausages without altering the curing process.
Antifungal for Meat Products: Suitable for sausages in inedible casings. It is recommended to apply by dipping to create a protective film. Does not alter the curing process.
Powdered Antifungal: Antifungal preservative concentrate designed to be reconstituted to create a effective solution against mould growth in cured sausages.
PROTECTIVE OIL
An edible coating designed for the surface treatment of cured hams and a wide variety of cured products. Its special film-forming capacity exerts a film-forming effect. protection against ham mites by means of a double barrier action:
- Protects the product from the invasion of new mites.
- Prevents mites already present in contaminated hams from spreading to new pieces,slowing down the mite life cycle
ACR protective oil can be used from the post-salting phase to the sales phase. In addition, this product has a long-lasting effect, which makes it possible to reduce the number of applications.
- Improves appearance, providing an attractive oily and glossy finish for the end consumer.
- Can be used as a substitute for sunflower oil prior to sale.
- Does not slow down the ham curing process.
- As an external edible treatment, it does not affect the sensory properties of cured ham.
- Offers high yield, maximizing cost and time savings.
- Masks mould present on ham during curing, which contributes to mite proliferation in cured ham.
