Aerial microdiffusion or nebulization technologies are a powerful tool for food preservation, food defence and shelf life extension. These techniques allow product sanitisation and/or surface application of ingredients that are natural-edible and biocide-analogue capable of reducing microbial contamination and inhibit bacteria, fungi and yeasts growth. Those products are perfectly compatible with classic chemical cleaning and disinfection procedures.

Mico E pro prevents proliferation of bacteria, moulds and yeasts. Its application is highly recommended by surface treatment (by our SPRAY PRO nebulization system). Washing or immersion application could be also employed for a proper surface treatment.

LACTICLEAN CG

All-terrain disinfectant biocide with powerful and wide-range antimicrobial capacity. The synergistic action of quaternary ammoniums plus lactic acid set a formidable mix capable of removing any micro-organism. Meant to be used by spraying or nebulisation in food industries. Complies with Spanish regulation UNE-EN 1276 (Chemical antiseptics and disinfectants).
