DMC BASE RANGE

Blend of natural compounds (tea, rosemary and citrus extracts) and plant extracts that extend shelf life in all types of sauces and ready-to-eat meals.. As DMC does not impart off-flavours or modify the organoleptic profile of the final product, its use is recommended for increase the shelf life of all kinds of sauces and ready meals, dressings, dressings, salads, juices, pre-prepared convenience food.

Commercial format: 1 kg bottles (boxes of 6 units) and 25 kg canisters

PROALLIUM RANGE

Flavouring mixture based on alliaceous extracts (garlic and onion) that extend shelf life in all types of sauces and ready-to-eat meals. It provides flavour while increasing shelf life in sauces and prepared foods. Due to its characteristics and composition, Proallium is especially recommended for food matrices that already contain garlic and/or onion in their formulation, as well as for products with a pronounced organoleptic profile (such as ethnic sauces or highly spiced dishes).

PROALLIUM provides fine garlic notes and increases shelf life. Within the PROALLIUM range, there are different products with their own level of protection and flavour profile in order to optimise applications in the food industry: Proallium DMC, Proallium S Liquid, Proallium Evolution.
