DMC BASE RANGE

Blend of natural compounds (tea, rosemary and citrus extracts) and plant extracts that extend shelf life in all types of sauces and ready-to-eat meals.. As DMC does not impart off-flavours or modify the organoleptic profile of the final product, its use is recommended for dressings, dressings, salads, juices, pre-prepared convenience food.

Commercial format: 1 kg bottles (boxes of 6 units) and 25 kg canisters

PROALLIUM RANGE

Due to its characteristics and composition, the use of Proallium is especially suitable for recommended in food matrices containing garlic/onion in the recipe or in dishes with a strong organoleptic profile (ethnic sauces or highly spiced dishes).
