Porcino
La producción porcina presenta fases con necesidades nutricionales muy distintas (lactación, destete, transición, crecimiento y engorde). Uno de los retos clave es mantener el consumo estable, especialmente en los momentos en los que el animal enfrenta cambios en la dieta o en el entorno.
Las aliáceas se utilizan como ingredientes aromatizantes para aportar uniformidad sensorial al pienso, ayudando a que el animal reconozca el alimento como familiar y mantenga una ingestión regular durante estas transiciones.
